Martin's passion for coaching stems from decades of international assignments, working with individuals and teams worldwide to unlock their unique talents amidst any challenge. His extensive experience infuses his coaching with a deep richness and quality of insight, enabling significant behavioural change towards desired outcomes. Qualified and licenced by both the (ICF - PCC & EMCC-EISA) as a coach and a coaching supervisor, and professional speaker Martin supports organizations and individual coaches with an empathetic approach that addresses the whole person's needs and the coaching objectives. Always focused on the needs of the individual or team as they embrace what comes next.

As founder of WATA (What About the Ash - Videography & Photography business), Ash, leverages her international storytelling expertise to transform the brand presence of professionals across fashion, retail, music and, as a supplier to Russell Group universities (such as Southampton and Oxford). Ash's personal care and consideration ensure each client shines, making unique transformations in their digital presence and personal growth.
